I think this is showing on Animation Express, along with another piece using the same technique, "Hair Frizz".

This was an experiment I'd wanted to try for a long time, and finally got around to it. The photocollage method involves taking tons of pictures of ourselves and then stringing the photos together into a virtual puppet. We then can perform the motion live on stage.

Lev and I did our usual two-man-band arrangement for this. Lev did the script and voices and soundtrack, and also took most of the pictures. I did animation and TD'ing and shot setup. Generally when we work together I concentrate on visuals and motion, and Lev concentrates on audio and story, though we leak back and forth on that a lot.
